Jahzara Set for Spring Release of 'Love Don't Live Here Anymore'

"The novel originated in Graduate school. It started out as one of the assignments my professor gave in my creative writing class six years ago. When he read my paper, his remarks included, 'You have to make this a novel.' And I did." -

GARY
, IN -- (May 29, 2008) -- ( eMediaCampaigns!) -- Speaking through her publicist, Indiana Author, Jahzara announced that she is set to release her empowering novel, Love Don't Live Here Anymore (Tranquil Moments, 2008). The book, which will be available world-wide, follows on the heels of the author's freshman book, Contradictions, an exciting urban novel.

Jahzara is a teacher who was born, raised, and currently resides in Gary, Indiana. She attended local schools before earning her Bachelor's degree at Indiana University in Bloomington, and is working on her Masters degree in secondary education at Indiana University Northwest.

The storyline within the entertaining novel includes Nyree Shaw-Chandler as the main character. She is beautiful, well-educated, and very wealthy. Seemingly, or at least for those looking in from the outside, Nyree has the perfect life. However in truth, she is unfulfilled and yearns for a personal and meaningful companionship to eliminate her feelings of inadequacy..

Haphazardly, and with blinders on, she enters a relationship with Malachi Chandler. Despite Malachi's obvious and major character flaws, Nyree believes they aren't beyond her being able to change them herself. Upon the onset of the courtship, she is very patient and as equally unassuming largely because the charming and handsome Malachi makes her feel special, loved, and beautiful.

Fascination soon turns into frustration, and Nyree eventually becomes heart-broken. After coming to the realization that Malachi isn't who she desperately wants him to be, she finally concedes that her efforts are futile and she is unable to change him. With the handwriting on the wall, Nyree chooses to suppress her feelings and make the best of a bad situation.

Intriguing and utterly convincing, Love Don't Live Here Anymore is at times, also extremely intense. It chronicles the dynamics, and explores the aspects of the couple's pretentious and dysfunctional relationship. In the end, the reader witnesses Nyree's eye-opening, self-discovery as she puts things in their proper perspective. The anticipated best seller is scheduled for release on June 15, 2008 and will be available on the author’s website, online and traditional bookstores, as well as Tranquil Moments, LLC, Publishing.

Regarding the forthcoming release, Jahzara commented about the genesis of her book. "The novel originated in Graduate school. It started out as one of the assignments my professor gave in my creative writing class six years ago. When he read my paper, his remarks included, 'You have to make this a novel.' And I did. I had to do it so that I could heal and grow. My goal will be accomplished if, by reading this novel, someone learns from my lesson and does not repeat the same mistake."
