Koya Webb is a life coach who focuses on
mental, spiritual, and physical fitness. She
lives an active lifestyle and enjoys teaching
others how to maintain balance in their lives
while doing all the things they love. Koya
started as a personal trainer and realized it
takes more than health and fitness to maintain a
healthy lifestyle. So, she incorporated mental
and spiritual fitness in her program and started
her own business called, Lifestyle Revelations
which embraces all areas of fitness with
emphasis on balance.
