Blanche Williams,
a survivor of many challenges in life comes out a winner. She is a Talk- Show Host sensation. A true natural communicator, acclaimed author and a dynamic speaker. Blanche feels everything happens for a reason with lessons to be learned. Williams is a contributor in the bestselling book series Chicken Soup for the African- American Woman’s Soul. She is also the President/CEO of Greatness By Design, LLC and its Empowerment Enterprises. Not bad for a shy, self-conscious young girl who grew up in Memphis, Tennessee.

Blanche always had big dreams and creative drive. At the age of 21 she drove herself to Miami, Florida. In Florida many of Blanche’s dreams became a reality. Her first company was called Blanche Productions, Inc. at the age of 23, which later became The African-American Lively Arts Association, Inc., a non-profit organization. It earned recognition at the “Miami Expo 92 Unity of Americas” and the International Youth Ambassadors of Miami. Next came Destination Florida, Inc., the only minority-owned firm hired to work with President Bill Clinton and the White House providing Special Event and Logistics Management for the historical “Western Hemispheric Summit of the Americas-Miami in 1994.   .:read more:.

Blanche, a fresh new media voice, is known for conducting interviews with stellar personalities on her XM Satellite Radio show called Greatness By Design…with personalities such as Dr. Maya Angelou, Terry McMillan, Suze Orman, Pattie LaBelle, Stevie Wonder, Phylicia Rashad and the list goes on. Blanche was always destined for greatness heading a Small Business Incubator Director for a Technology, Enterprise and Development company serving Palm Beach county in Florida. While working with the center, Blanche had an incredible experience speaking at the Habitat II United Nations Conference in Istanbul, Turkey. Blanche can reach out to audiences nationally sending positive words out into the world. A woman of strong conviction, who believes we can achieve if we just believe in ourselves. Blanche feels “everyone has a purpose in life.” I get the sense that Blanche had awareness of what life was all about at a very young age. Just learning about challenges that this extremely talented woman has been through will give you motivation and determination to succeed. A woman who battled cervical cancer, failed marriages and loss of loved ones, has a lot to say and a lot to give.

I’m truly convinced that the paths we take in life can only give us wisdom, like a road map. Also, study your life, look at where you have been and how you can get to the next level. It’s women like Blanche Williams who inspire us to move forward in life. Life is also about spreading knowledge and lifting others’ spirits around you.

Center Stage: Blanche Williams is a deep thinker and talented communicator.
Blanche: My show with XM Radio was launched on Martin Luther Kings Birthday… thinking about the struggles. I was bold enough to say I deserve that spot. It was a great celebration.

Center Stage: What did you discover while you were interviewing some of your guests?
Blanche: I found that women were ministering to me while I was interviewing them. It was wonderful.

Center Stage: You have battled some odds haven’t you?
Blanche: Yes, I’m a cancer survivor… and a doctor told me I could not have children. I beat the odds, I have a son. I was on bed rest for 6 months. I made the decision to give my son back to the universe and not hold on to him. If you step out of the way and see who is above you, beside you and under you…you’ll find your purpose. Everyone comes into the world with a gift of Greatness

An incredible woman who beat the odds which also molded her into who she is today. We will be looking out for her new ventures. Blanche believes in supporting sisterhood. Blanche has a television show in development with a major network and an exciting book project underway. You can book Blanche Williams for meetings/coaching, just log onto: www.blanchewilliams.com
