Living Great in 2008!
   By Koya Webb

This year is our year to shine! Time to put all the lessons we've learned to use and really make a difference in our lives! Yes! It's time for a revelation! We all know what's right and what's wrong! When we do something wrong we will not make excuses for ourselves this year! We will immediately make it right!

Mental Fitness
Make a list of 10 things you are grateful for. Oh! You've done it? Where is it? Put it beside your bed, on the fridge, or in the car and read it every day. Yes! Everyday! And when you feel like life is giving you a whipping look at your list again and remember you still have many things to be grateful for!

How many times do we find ourselves worried about the past or just overly anxious about the future?

Spiritual Fitness
How many times do we find ourselves worried about the past or just overly anxious about the future? I know! It's almost second nature but we have to stop! Realize the beauty of life and the people around you right now! Things in the past should serve as lessons and remain in the past! The only thing that should remain is the lesson learned. We have to live in the present and not miss the joy of today, worried about what will happen tomorrow.

Physical Fitness
Ok! Let me see if I can tell you something you haven't already heard. Hummm. Okay! Got it! Workout everyday! Yes! Everyday! You don't get a day off! Forget it! You'll end up skipping two so just get use to working out everyday! It doesn't have to be heart wrenching muscle tearing workouts (those should only happen 3 times per week) but roll out of bed and at least stretch all the muscles of your body. Oh, and drink a gallon of water! I know you're tried of hearing 8 glasses and can't seem to count or figure it out so just get a cool gallon and make sure it's done before you go to bed.
